Payments and cancellations
Payment by bank transfer: 30% of the total amount to confirm the booking, and the remaining 70% seven days before arrival. For bookings made less than seven days in advance, full payment is required to confirm. The booking is confirmed in writing once availability has been checked and payment received. You'll receive the total price, conditions and proof of payment.
Guest cancellation
- Seven or more calendar days before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than seven days before arrival, up to 23:59 the day before arrival: 30% penalty on the total stay price, with the rest refunded.
- On the arrival day or in case of no-show: 100% penalty on the total stay price, with no refund.
Deadlines are calculated using calendar dates and Seville local time. Please communicate any cancellation in writing via the host's WhatsApp. In duly justified cases of force majeure, no penalties will apply. These conditions will be communicated and agreed before any payment, without prejudice to any rights provided by law.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00, via self check-in using a key collected from a KeyNest lockbox located at Calle Álvarez Quintero, 18, Seville. Check-out must be before 11:00.
Is there wifi?
Yes, the apartment has free wifi.
Is there parking?
The apartment doesn't have private parking. As it's in the historic centre, we recommend checking the public car parks in the area.
Do I need to be present to collect the keys?
No, access is self-service: you'll collect the key from the KeyNest lockbox indicated, and you can enter the apartment directly from 15:00 onwards.
Can I bring a pet, smoke, or host a celebration?
Please check with the host about pets, smoking and parties before booking.
How much do I need to pay to confirm the booking?
30% of the total amount to confirm, and the remaining 70% seven days before arrival. See all payment and cancellation conditions in the "Before you arrive" section.
